The "CHICKEN PHAT" is the successor to my original Noserider 1, initially developed for surfers seeking a nose rider that also affords the user added maneuverability. This model is shaped from a denser blank and features a low entry rocker, increased tail kick, a fuller outline across the entirety of the template (particularly in the nose), and a more pinched or knifed 60/40 rail. Due to these design aspects, I like to shape this model slightly thinner (1/16") than your everyday board for customs. You may have met your maker if you seek a classic-style single-fin log with stability in trim, as well as enhanced nose-riding and turning capabilities.
